At Mercedes Benz Greenwich I had a very authentic and supportive customer service during my service visit. They are very knowledgeable and detailed with a response. Definitely will be having more services done with them. Great service Greenwich Mercedes! Love it!

Been going there for several years. Normally great service, but not this time around. Went in for an oil change and a check of the battery. As I suspected, the battery "failed" their inspection, so recommended that i change it. Told them no thank you, as it now seems to work just fine. So $600+ later for the oil change, they were apparently annoyed that that's all I was spending. Since I was tied up the next day when the car was ready, they offered to bring my car back to my home. However, the car wash which they always provide, they did not do, nor did they change the registration sticker which they had also committed to doing for me. Small stuff, however, it's sometimes the small things that differentiate the good from the best players. And BTW, when I called at the end of the day when I saw my car still with the 6 month layer of dust from sitting in the garage since winter hit, to ask what happened, my service agent gave me the excuse that their car wash system had been down all week. I told him that my car always gets hand washed, he got supper annoyed and just repeated that their car washing system was unoperationable. Very disappointing...

Six years ago I purchased my car here, and I’ve been driving in from Queens for every service appointment since, including my most recent Service B visit and a few additional repairs. The level of care and attention I receive is simply unmatched anywhere else. A big part of that is Robidio, my service advisor for all six years, who continues to deliver outstanding service every single visit.

MB of Greenwich...Jimmy our service advisor and the technicians that worked on our SUV and all the staff there are excellent!. Professional courteous want to fix the issues just all awesome Professionals. They really researched the issue with MB Corporate engineering...worked to resolve thw issues as soon as they could...and did a great job! We had a very nice loaner in thw meantime and again Jimmy our service advisor, the technician and all the staff were great! MB of Greenwich CT is great! Highly recommend!

No more rattling sound! Thank you to the wonderful team at Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich for taking such great care of me. For quite some time, I had been hearing a subtle rattling noise in my car that just would not go away. I initially left the vehicle at the dealership for inspection, but the team was unable to hear the sound at first and recommended that I return for a test drive with one of their technicians. During the test drive, Mohammed (the technician) took the time to truly listen to my concerns, and together we were able to pinpoint the noise I had been describing. The team then performed a deeper inspection, identified the source of the problem, and successfully fixed it. I truly appreciate the patience, professionalism, and attention to detail from everyone involved. Special shoutout to Mohammed (Tech), Daniella at the front desk, Robiodio my service advisor, and the valet team for providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
